He runs the real-world pilot shifts Hustl's product and data are built on, and writes about hiring and the business side of flexible work.

Mohamed Razim Meeran is the co-founder and CTO of Hustl, where he leads product and engineering, the verified-shift marketplace, GPS check-in, and instant UPI payouts. A technologist and serial founder with roots in Chennai and native Tamil, he has built full-stack platforms across real estate and design before Hustl. He writes about the product, the gig economy, and what works for part-time earners in Chennai.
