Yes. Creating an account and finding shifts is free for workers, and there are no agency fees. During the beta there are no platform charges to sign up or browse work.

Hustl is for people who are eligible to work in India and can complete identity verification. You sign up as a worker (hustler) or as a business (partner), one role per phone number.

KYC ("know your customer") is a quick identity check that keeps shifts safe and accountable for everyone. You verify your identity once, and verified workers get access to more shifts. It is required before you get paid.

The Discover screen lists open shifts near you, ranked by pay and distance. You can see the role, business, timing, and pay up front, and filter by role and schedule before you book.

Your booking appears in your schedule with the shift details and a reminder. On the day, you travel to the location, check in from your phone to verify you have arrived, run the shift, and check out when it ends.

Yes, but cancel as early as you can so the business has time to re-fill the shift. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect your rating and access to future work.

When you arrive at the shift, you check in from your phone and Hustl confirms you are at the right location. This protects both sides, the business knows you showed up, and you have proof you were there if there is ever a dispute.

You get paid to your UPI ID after the shift is completed and confirmed. Payouts are designed to be fast, often the same day, so you are not waiting weeks for your money.

Pay is set per shift and shown before you book, so you always know the amount up front. What you earn depends on how many shifts you take and the roles you choose.

The shift pay you see before booking is what the job pays. Any optional instant-payout fee, if applicable, is shown transparently before you confirm a withdrawal.

First check that your UPI ID is correct in your profile. If a completed shift has not paid out, contact in-app support with the shift details and the team will trace it.

Both workers and businesses are verified, every shift has GPS check-in and check-out, and chats, photos, and timestamps are attached to each booking. If something goes wrong, that record supports a fair resolution.

Sign up as a partner, post a shift with the role, pay, timing, and location, and verified hustlers nearby can book it. You can fill urgent shifts in minutes without going through a staffing agency.

Open shifts are shown to nearby verified workers immediately, so popular roles can be booked within minutes of posting. Posting earlier gives you the widest pool.

GPS check-in tells you in real time whether a worker has arrived, so you are never guessing. No-shows are recorded against the worker’s reputation, and you can re-post the shift quickly.

You pay the shift labour cost plus a transparent platform fee shown before you publish. There are no agency retainers or long-term contracts.
