By using Hustl, you agree to these terms. Hustl is a platform connecting gig workers (“Hustlers”) with businesses (“Partners”) for short-term work opportunities.
You must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid Aadhaar card and PAN card, and successfully complete identity verification to use Hustl as a Hustler.
Hustlers are independent contractors, not employees of Hustl or its Partners. Hustl does not control how, when, or where you work beyond the specific job requirements posted by Partners.
Partners pay through the platform. Hustl facilitates payouts to Hustlers after job completion, less any applicable platform fees and TDS (as required under Indian tax law).
GPS spoofing, account sharing, identity fraud, harassment, and any form of misuse will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent ban from the platform.
Disputes between Hustlers and Partners are resolved through our evidence-based dispute system. GPS logs, check-in photos, and chat records are used to make fair decisions.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
