Choose between an internship and a part-time shift by the outcome you need now. The title alone does not tell you the learning value, payment arrangement or hours.
If your course requires an approved internship, confirm the requirements with your department before accepting something unrelated. If you need money for current expenses, get the actual payment terms rather than treating a possible certificate or future offer as income.
The AICTE internship portal is a place to inspect internship opportunities. An individual listing still needs to be checked against your programme's requirements and the organisation's terms.

Don't fill the internship column with assumed learning or the shift column with assumed flexibility. Both need evidence from the specific arrangement.

Test the difficult week

Ask about supervision, changes to availability and what completing the role would mean. Find out whether you could realistically finish the commitment you are considering.

End your notes with one sentence: “For the next [period], I need __, and this arrangement supports that because __.” If the reason relies on a promise nobody has confirmed, return to that question before accepting.
