“Can you just change it?” is easy to answer until nobody agrees which version “it” means. Before your first creator assignment, write down what you will deliver and how the person commissioning it will review it.
Agree the intended length, format, caption language and due date. Then discuss how many rounds of changes are included, when feedback is due and who combines it. These are practical project questions, not a substitute for professional contract advice where needed.

Use this original review-note format:
Version: club-intro-v2.
Moment: 00:12, when the location label appears.
Problem: the approved venue name is missing a word.
Requested change: replace it with the exact wording attached.
Decision owner: the person who confirmed that wording.
Compare that with “make the middle better”. The second message needs a conversation before it becomes an editing task.
Separate a correction from a new brief
Correcting a misspelt name is different from adding a new interview, changing the language or filming another location. Confirm the revised time, scope and any price change before doing additional work; avoid assuming either side understood an unspoken arrangement.

For a student, a revision window must fit around classes. Tell the client when you can respond rather than promising continuous availability. Editing and checking deserve scheduled time just as filming does.
Keep one feedback list per version. Mark each point as done, awaiting clarification or outside the agreed scope. When the review owner approves the final version, record which file they approved and hand over that file.
Try the process on a practice project with a friend first. Give them a deliberately incorrect label to spot, then test whether their note lets you fix it without another explanation.
